Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Furrlovers. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Estimated delivery times are based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination of your order.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time can vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen events.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

3.1. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Furrlovers India PVT LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Customs policies vary widely; please contact your local customs office for more information.

International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures, which are beyond our control.

4.1. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

Furrlovers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
